Wilde Company is a privately held West Texas firm with interests in commercial real estate, hospitality, and development. Our holdings include net-leased commercial properties, active restaurant operations, and ground-up projects across Midland and the surrounding region.
How we operate
We buy with conviction and hold for the long term. Most of our properties are owned free and clear. Our deals are structured to be durable — through cycles, through downturns, through the noise. We partner where it makes the project stronger and walk where it doesn’t.
What we believe
Land is the most honest asset there is. Buildings tell the truth about who built them. A handshake means something, and so does a signature. We’d rather move slowly and own outright than move fast and owe everyone.
Where we’re going
Our active pipeline includes luxury residential development, multi-use commercial buildouts, and large-acreage acquisitions in West Texas. Each project is selected the same way: does it strengthen the portfolio, does it serve the community, and can we hold it for a generation.
